The HazWoper Inital 40 course fulfills the training requirements of OSHA’s HAZWOPER Standard under 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3)(i) and 29 CFR 1926.65(e)(3)(i). It is specifically designed for hazardous waste personnel, equipment operators, general site workers and supervisory staff involved in hazardous substance removal or other activities that may expose them to hazardous materials and health risks at hazardous waste sites. Participants will receive the required OSHA regulatory training while developing critical thinking skills and practical competencies necessary for working safely at hazardous waste sites.
